Hi, I'm Kayla!

The 80 Group began as a little idea at the table in my backyard on a summer night. I liked giving people the tools to solve problems and moving on to the next set of problems in my work. I was already helping friends in my small business community with this, and my family challenged me to see that I could do this as a career. 

What do I actually help with? Great question! I help with evaluating systems you have in your business, implementing systems and apps you don’t know about yet to help your business, and I can coach you through all of that in addition to general growth coaching. I also work with a wide network of other business owners and coaches that I can connect you to for topics that may not be my expertise.

What makes me qualified to do this work? First, I’ve been a business owner for almost seven years over at @ivyandkay ! In that time there has been so much hands on learning on the ins and outs of owning an apparel business. Second, I have a degree in Business and Free Enterprise from @floridasouthern as well as a Masters in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from @brownuniversityprime 👩🏻‍🎓 Not only do I live entrepreneurship, but I’ve studied it too!
